PrintCity

PrintCity is a 3D additive and digital manufacturing centre at Manchester Metropolitan University. Specialising in polymer 3D printing, they run over 90 3D printers, as well as 3D scanning, subtractive manufacturing and post processing technologies. They are home to manufacturing experts, designers, engineers, and students studying the MSc Digital Design and Manufacturing course. They collaborate with businesses, big or small, to make the most ambitious ideas a reality. There are currently opportunities to collaborate on our funded research and innovation projects; Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Innovation Centre (AMMIC) and the Centre for Digital Innovation. Located in PrintCity, the Digital Modelling and Analysis for Cultural Heritage (D-MACH) project offers businesses the opportunity to request access to a state of the art 3D Scanning laboratory.
