The Tabi Gen 02 is a custom-fit barefoot sandal. Departing from traditional mass production and fixed sizing, the footwear is engineered as a personalized "second skin" shaped by the unique anatomy of the wearer's foot.
The production uses an on-demand, scan-to-print workflow. The process begins when a customer completes a digital foot scan. This biometric data acts as a blueprint for a design algorithm to generate a perfectly fitting model. The bespoke sandal is then 3D printed to order.
